Trauma and neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, radiologiosts and pain therapists have come together to offer patients interdisciplinary care in a single facility. Serious cases are presented upon referral by a specialist. Our aim is to give patients certainty. A monthly Spine Board convenes to deliberate particular cases once each month. It's an opportunity for doctors and therapists to discuss patient treatments where several options are possible. The patient is included in this process. The aim is to determine an individual treatment strategy for each case.
