Medication

If you have a current medicament regimen, kindly submit it during scheduled admission and, where possible, also in the event of emergency admission. Your GP may have provided you with a current regimen with QR code (see the images).

In order to prevent adverse effects associated with the medication given to you in the hospital, you are not permitted to take any medication that you brought into the hospital without consulting with the attending hospital physician.
